Weekly sessions are advised. It is up to you to decide how long you wish to work together, although a minimum of around twelve sessions is encouraged in order for a therapeutic process to be established.

Whilst in EMDR accredited training, I am offering a reduced rate for this modality.
Sessions can be online or in person.
Please note, it is advisable to complete a minimum of six sessions.
